Helping People with Disabilities Live Independently
The Disability Resource Center (DRC) is a service and advocacy center run by and for people living with disabilities. The DRC supports people of all ages who have any type of disability to live independently and participate fully in community life.
The Disability Resource Center hopes this guide will make it easier for consumers to understand how to acquire Affordable, Accessible and Available (AAA) housing and how to obtain reasonable accommodations when necessary.
Supporting people of all ages who have all types of disabilities - The DRC organizes and supports collective action by people living with disabilities aimed at positive social change, the elimination of discriminatory barriers, and the creation of supportive and fully accessible community environment.
Consumer Control is tied to the same concepts of self-reliance and self-determination that are essential for all people in our society. Voting Members have the exclusive right to vote for candidates who will serve on the Board of Directors- Your vote counts!
The Disability Resource Center (DRC) is committed to providing housing information & referrals to all individuals living with disabilities and interested parties.
